Let the music play *

On this long weekend, many people would usually be at festivals, concerts, live music gigs or church to get their music fix. Let’s not forget the magic of music and its effect on lifting spirits whilst we’re adhering to isolation practices.

MUSIC is good for mental health, and has the ability to release dopamine in the brain. Music is a great form of self-expression during times when it is hard to express feelings with words.
